The staff is very professional and respectful. And they do a beautiful job. I'm always satisfied with their work. I really admire the time they put in to make my nails beautiful.

I came here yesterday 30mins before closing and my nails look amazing. I came in for a fill in and the set I had from another Fayetteville salon was a hack job just terrible. But thankfully for the woman (superwoman lol) here my fill in looks like a fresh set. I love you guys and I love my nails. See you in w weeks ladies😍😘😘😘😘🤗

I always love coming here to get both my feet and hands done. I mainly come here for acrylic nails. I've never got my eyebrows done here, but my mom had and it always looks good. A little bit of wait time depending on what time and day you come, but quality of service is excellent. Good customer services and okay prices. (I spent $33 for my nails in the photos)

I would give this place a 0 if it would let me. My friend and I came to get fill ins. Three women sat in the back laughing and snacking while looking at us. After about 10 minutes they asked what we wanted. My friend explained we were here for fill ins. They continued to laugh and snack. It was probably another 5 more minutes before anything was said to us again. Once they were finally ready to work on us, it only got worse. I had 2 nails break off and was needing them fixed as well as a fill in. They lady told me it would be $27. When I said I wasn’t going to get them done, she became angry. Her and the other ladies stood glaring at me. I eventually walked out to call the number that is hanging on the wall. After speaking with that lady, I came back to sit with my friend (who was still getting hers filled in ($15 btw)). Anyway the one lady started arguing with me in front of other people. When I explained I did not care anymore, that I had talked to customer service, she got extremely angry and continued to raise her voice at me. I finally walked out. I have never been treated so badly by anyone. I will never in my life go to another regal nails.
