I think I’m not coming back. Design was beautiful by Kim for nails but the fitting of the nail was really bad. In the other hand pedicure was awesome.

My girlfriends and I have been coming to Kim and Tim now for years and have always had a great experience with them! I love it here! They're friendly, knowledgable and the prices are reasonable. 😊

Will absolutely NEVER come here again. I got my nails done. Spent 48 and tipped so total $55. In the beginning was told it be 40. Two days later a nail broke. Went back to have it fixed ( this has never happened before) the lady that fixed it seemed annoyed. Two days after that another broke while i simply pushed my drawer closed. They were definitely annoyed at this point. The next day another. And the next day another at this point. It hadn't even been a week. I called to let them know. The lady who answered the phone got mad and insisted I needed to pay another $30 for a fill. Now its been a week and a day im missing a total of 3 nails. I'm so over it. Never had such bad service in my years of getting my nails done.

I went in today, they weren’t that busy they lady told me to pick a color so I did I waited 15-20 min before someone sat me and the lady was being rude. I showed her a picture of what I wanted which was a very simple full set of acrylic nails with sqaure shape. She said she charges 5$ extra for diferent shapes which confused me because the plastic nail come in that shape anyways so she wouldn’t even have to do any filing. And then she said for the color I wanted she had to charge an extra 15$ but it was a simple color with no designs. I asked how much it would be in total and she said 60$. She also said she charges extra for how long you want them??? What the heck! So I was trying to figure out if I could afford it and she sat someone else and started working on them 😂😂 I was so shook I just got up and left

I stumbled on as a walk-in an hour before closing, and they were happy to accommodate me. A regular pedicure is $20, but I opted for the $27 version which granted me a vigorous session of foot scrubbing and moisturizer from the knee down. The woman who took care of me was very kind and throurough. I'm super happy with my sparkly toes!
