I would love to give this place 5 stars. Ethan did a fantastic job on my gel manicure and Evelyn did a perfect job on my pedicure. The only thing is this place is a little dirty. The places I sat were not dirty but around it was super dusty. I did notice the ladies all had clean stations but the other areas definitely need some lovin.

I had an appointment today at 3Pm (5/9/21) . I called ahead yesterday to set my appointment. I arrived at the places at 3:00, the open sign was one, however, the light were off and I noticed someone in the back. I called the number on the website, which i used to make the appointment, multiple times no answer. I then sat back in my car for a few minutes to try again as I then noticed them walking outside and locking the shop up. I am not only disappointed and annoyed at the fact that I wasted my time to come to the shop and they didn’t even have the curtsy to answer the phone and inform me of what was going on if my appointment was cancelled or that they were leaving for the day. I really wanted to like this place, but they keep giving me reasons to not go back. The quality of woe is ok but the customer serve and professionalism is horrible, would not recommend, please save your money and go somewhere else.

Ethan did my nails, and Karen did my pedicure excellent job! I must say that their professionalism and cleanliness is very impressive. I’m so happy I found this place!! Thank you Ethan for your excellent service!! I love my nails!!
