First time customer. Received a fill in with UV gel polish on 9/10/18 at 730p by 9/11/18 at 11a I noticed my gel polish was chipped off on multiple nails. My nails were soft not hard like gel polish should be. I Contacted the store spoke with guy who did my nails Ryan he passed me to a woman she offered to redo my nails I said no I want my money back for gel she said they’d refund me come in. Came in Ryan kept trying to redo my nails offering any color I kept saying no I want a refund for gel polish. He ignored me until he saw I wouldn’t budge. He said the manager wasn’t there for refund and to call at 3p. At 315p I called spoke with a woman she said manger not there he went to get kids and to call back. At this point I’m getting the run around over $10 refund. This was my first time and it will be my last time. Will not be back. I’m big on customer service and this is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Do not come here go else where. Have pics but unable to upload.

Worst service. Got SNS done in a few days it started chipping and came off which is not suppose to happened. They also don't include manicure with the SNS. Had took pics but can't upload them

I only gave one star because I’m required to to leave a review but this is the worst experience ever. I’ve been getting my nails done for a very long time. These are the rudest people I’ve ever been to and on top of that did a HORRENDOUS job. I ended up having to sit there and fix my nails myself. Save your time and money. This place is incredibly terrible

Worst experience ever!!!! there prices are ridiculous an the customer service is horrible. For a minute I really thought I was being punked but I wasn’t it was really that bad!! All I can say is stay away from this place!!!
