Usually a good place to go. I went there to get a pedicure so she waits to I get settled and then tells me that there's no hot water 😳I was so freaking mad I had to soak my feet in cold water and she didn't even give me a discount. Currently looking for a new nail salon.

I gave one to star to be generous because they do a good pedicure. The customer service and quality of the service is terrible. Of all the workers there, only 3 will actually work and make you wait for long until after their hour breaks for you to be serviced, after sitting there for so long. I drove all the way down there on my birthday today and made an appt over the phone. I get there and they have me wait almost an hour before one woman insulted me and talked about me to her customer because I asked was there anyone else that could perform my scheduled service. Another worker took up for her by saying "it's not our fault we don't want to do you nigs nails" I was DISGUSTED! Never going back! They need a strong lesson in customer service. I will take my money somewhere else.

Not alot of techs there, but they do really good work.

The service is wonderful.. Lynn is a beast when it comes to pedicures and manicures
