Prices raised for the 3rd time in a year but they don't tell until after your nails are done. They've been pretty careful to only raise it $5 at a time but a sign letting people know of a price increase would be nice instead of the surprise at the register.

They over booked their appointments,The girl was rushing to get through my nails and they are uneven. Overpriced and not worth it at all.

Not consistent with nails. I don’t like them thick and sometimes they listen and sometimes not.
Also the prices change everytime I go there. They need to have a price list on the wall because I feel like they just make up anything and charge $5 extra for everything. I’m looking for a new place to go. Sometimes they rush and I feel like I’m not getting the best service.

Horrible customer service. My wife got her nails done and she had to go back because they did it wrong. Once she came back they started talking in a different language and laughing making us very uncomfortable!! Very unprofessional
