The West Chester location doesn’t come up on Google search. Both locations are great depending on your preference. I prefer designer nails so Kim at the West Chester location is THE BEST! The other women there are amazing with pedicures also! Mason is great if you prefer your nails more standard or plain solid colors and styles. Both have wonderful customer service and a relaxing atmosphere.

I really like this location as they are incredibly friendly and they do a wonderful job, I would recommend to all my friends. It is very scarce finding a nail technician that can do solar nails/pink and white.

Zoom is the nicest, friendliest man. Gave me ideas on places to take my kids while we are staying near the children’s hospital for treatment.

The nail techs at Zoom’s are great but the manager/owner is THE WORST. He is absolutely rude and completely disrespectful. He did my SNS dip set and when they started to lift and pop off a few days later, I returned and asked him to fix them. He admitted to not doing them correctly but then told me that he would have to charge me AGAIN to fix what he messed up originally. He also accused me of taking the nails off myself and coming back to scam him into changing the color for me. I demanded a full refund and left the store without getting my nails fixed. I urge you to either have a different tech do your nails when you go to Zoom’s or simply find another nail salon to go to. I will certainly NOT go there ever again.

I can't name a favorite nail tech all of them excellent. I love Zoom for my pedicures! But to be honest I have never had a bad experience there at the Mason store.
