So, this one one of the best experiences I have ever had at any computer repair shop. Not only was Craig, the manager, helpful (way more than he had to be), but he was friendly and got my computer up and running. I'd recommend this place to anyone in San Rosa who needs ANY repair. Thank you soooo much for everything.

I broke the screen on my Galaxy Note 8, the nearest Samsung authorized repair shop is two hours away.
They used authorized Samsung parts, and had it fixed in a couple hours, excellent service, and the new screen is perfect, exactly the same as when it was new.
This is the third piece of electronics I have had them repair, all have been repaired perfectly.

I called ahead to see if they had batteries in stock for an iPhone 6s and if they could do the work same day. They told me they did, and the work only took around 30 mins. Polite and punctual.
