I don’t know how this store is still open for business. Hard to find a employee when you need help. I use to always go here just to get the Stafford T-Shirts. Now I can get them online, and cheaper for years. This store is irrelevant. Should close it, make it into a Barney’s or Saks!!!!! That would be so much better. That whole mall needs a Re-Boot.

I went here on a Saturday when it's one of their busiest days, however the cashier JULIA was really really nice. Although we had many questions for her she had lots of patience and never gave us a bad eye. She did not make us feel rushed at all even though the line was very long.

No great deals any more at Penney's. The only reason I shopped there was because I had a gift card. No wonder many of their stores have closed.
