This place is awful. The first time I called and the receptionist said come on in we aren’t busy... I drove straight there and when I arrived she said they were short staffed and not taking anymore clients for the day. I decided to give them a second chance- went today and the receptionist said the wait was 20 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes I asked how much longer and she said another 20 minutes. It’s so unorganized and completely unprofessional! Don’t waste your time.

The wait is almost neverending, even when they say it isn't long on the phone. I waited over an hour after being told only 20-30 minutes. Best part about my visit was when Brittany did my pedicure. I was 39 weeks pregnant and needed to relax, she definitely helped me out! Thank you for that!

Just called to schedule with Jess. Was told no Jess works there! Yes she does. Jessica I guess is what they call her. But Jessica wrote Jess on my card! After all of the going back and fourth on the phone. She said. We aren't excepting anymore appointments for Thursday . Then she hung up . Last time I will be going there! Rude rude employees

Thank you Jessica for my wonderful experience!! I made an appointment, the staff was friendly greeted me as I entered and exited. Great selection of polish. Decor was relaxing. Environment was professional. Jessica did an excellent job on my arcylics making sure they were done correctly and to my liking. She didn't rush and made me feel right at home with her friendly demeanor and small talk. I definitely will be returning to this location and to Jessica. She's a wonderful employee definitely make an appointment with her!! Thanks again Jessica!!

Will not go back! Felt rushed, the two gentleman didn't speak hardly at all. We went on a Wednesday my friends nails wouldn't dry even after two hours, my French tip peeled away on Friday two days after. I feel like the Polish may be old or cheap.
