My nails were okay. But my feet? Dry as if I had never went into the shop. I was rushed to leave before my nails even dried. I haven't gone back since. Will NEVER GO BACK and you shouldn't go there either!

I have been going to Kelly nails for 15 years and age is awesome, wouldn't go anywhere else!

I called that morning and the woman on the phone said they were open all day. When I showed up at 2pm no one was there and doors were locked. So I called and the same woman answered saying she was there and give her 10 minutes. I assumed she was eating so I was understanding. AFTER 30 MINUTES, I recalled and no one answered. I had to go to another nail place after waiting almost an hour. I can not understand how they have business when they are never open or rude. I will never return. Thanks to the ladies at the Tacoma Mall for making my day better!

I love Kelly! She is so friendly and I love that she doesn't have people piled up waiting for her. She is appointment only and she really focusses on you the entire time you are their.
