I’m originally from Montgomery but wanted to try somewhere new. I like the matte colors so I started calling around to see what places offered it. The moment the lady answered the phone, I knew that was the place I wanted to go just by her bubbly personality. From the moment I walked in the door I was more than impressed with the entire staff. Not only did they help me decide what I wanted, they made it better than I had imagined. I was lucky and for the most part I was the only customer. The entire staff chatted with me and kept me laughing for sure. I’m big in customer service, and this was definitely the best experience I’ve had yet. I have no problem making the drive for this awesome place and I know I won’t go anywhere else again :)

My nail tech did a wonderful job! I brought in a picture with nails much longer than mine but just wanted gel polish on my natural nails. My tech worked with me to make sure that I still got the look I was going for and made my nails look beautiful!

I love Lee and Hannah, but I will not return to this salon based on my experience today. Normally, Lee does my nails and always does a fantastic job. Today, an older male nail tech did them. I explained that I like my dip thicker on the tips with a thinner/natural looking nail bed. He immediately became frustrated and started speaking in his native language. First red flag. As he started to do the dip, he was fairly careless with the application. Anyone who wears dip knows that both the polish and how your nail is placed in the powder really determines the outcome of your nails. I asked if he planned to thin my nails because they looked extremely thick. He said yes. As he was filing, he cut the skin on two of my fingers with the drill. Second red flag. When he finished, Hannah asked if I liked my nails and I showed her my hands and began to explain the careless dip application, cut fingers, etc. The nail tech started yelling. I mean really raising his voice to the point where the customers got quiet and Lee turned around. I asked Hannah if he was really serious! Third and final red flag. Hannah apologized and told me that she would fix them. Unfortunately, I had a flight as it is the day before Thanksgiving. She told me to come back after the holiday and Lee would fix my nails free of charge. I just said okay and Happy Thanksgiving, but I will not be going back. I could've easily yelled back at the man, but I don't believe in disrespecting elders and I don't let anyone change my character. Despite this experience, I still left him a small tip (shame on me). I am extremely disappointed. I tip too well to ever deal with anything like this again. What a way to start the Thanksgiving holiday...
