Me and my sister in-laws came in to get out nails done. They were really nice people. All of our nails where messed up. My nails go side ways and one thumb nail is wider and longer than the other. My sister in law asked for coffin shaped and she got long regular instead. They are also chipping after one day. My other sister in laws nails were bumpy and oddly shaped. They were nice people just had a bad day I'm guessing.

I’ve known this place for 4 years and the owners are super nice people. Never have any bad experiences. They take their time and never rush unless you ask for a faster service because you’re short on time. Any of you with a not pleasure experience here, I would tell you to give them another try because every nail salon have their busy moments.

They're good for regular polish but if you have a specific design for an event or something they dont do the whole thing. Itll look pretty but it wont be exactly what you want.

My two girls and I loved going to Nancys nails. All three of us got a full set of acrylic nails($110). One of my daughter’s nails, all of them, were off within five days. I called immediately. They told me to bring her back and they would take care of them at no charge. Since my other daughter and I had only had our set for five days, we waited until our two week appointment so that we could all three go back at the same time. When I took her back I was charged again for another full set of nails ($71 for 2 fills and another full set). I paid it and never complained. Once she got the second set of nails, again they were off within five days. I then decided then that acrylic nails were not for her. That brings us to yesterday. I not only took my two daughters but also a friend of theirs. We made an appointment for two full sets, a fill, and gel polish, since my daughter, who had all the trouble, resigned herself to just gel polish. This appointment was made specifically on this day so that they would have their nails done for their Christmas Ball. (another $71 from me and $38 from their friend). Within 14 hours, the gel had completely peeled off of all but one nail. I called and they said this had never happened before and just to bring her back up there (45 minutes there and back) and they would fix them. I explained that i appreciated the offer but we made the appointment on Wednesday and could not get back there to get them fixed before the dance (Friday evening). I will NOT be returning as now I will be doing her nails myself. After spending over $200 at Nancy’s in 8 weeks and $80 of that for my daughter who has only had the “nails” for 10 days is a disappointment to say the least. At least a refund could have been offered.

Love Nancy's Nails. The only place I've ever gone in Terre Haute. They're professional, but still laid back and joke around. I can see by their regulars and by the way they treat me that they care about everyone they take care of, whether it's the first visit or the 15th.
