Although there was a considerable wait time, the service was excellent. They have you pick your color beforehand, right after you sign in. The front desk attendant grabs it for you if it's shellac or gel polish. The woman who did my manicure with an overlay was so delightful. We had great conversation but it wasn't forced. The She did an excellent job on my nails, no mistakes or painful horror stories. The place was clean, minimalistic and contemporary. I'll be back here for sure.

Waited less than 5min without an appointment. Everyone was all smiles. Kim was very to nice to me and did an awesome job! much better than I expected based on the critical reviews.

The past two times I was here was awful. The first time I went in to get a new set of acrylics because my nails were folding in at the bottom and kept ripping. I argued with the nail tech for ten minutes before she agreed. That set was bumpy and messy and didn’t even last to the next fill in.
So I go in to get the set removed last night and instead of soaking my acrylics and peeling them or filing them off like you should, she pulls out a tip and digs under the acrylic and rips it off. Did that for every nail and I didn’t say anything but should’ve. The end result? One nail is torn and cracked, one is bleeding, and I can feel a bump where my nail should go to and what was ripped off. I’m missing the top few layers of my nails. I would rather never have my nails done again than have to go back to that place.
