Worst customer service. They are talking in thair language about customers. I got my nails done from there. They told me “don’t mess up with your nail, we don’t have time to play with you.”
I want to complain consumer forum about this. Even they can’t do the same nails that you wish for.
If u want to experience about the worst customer service, than you can go. Generally I’m giving $10 as a tip in every salon and restaurants but i didn’t gave any of penny here. Coz of worst experience..

Worst service ever.
My nails were messed up. I came back to have them redone. I asked for a whole new dip nail and a manicure as there was some “gunk” under them from before. They said ok and said they’d get my color. I went to sit with the tech and she proceeded to start but didn’t take the nails off to start over that I requested. There were chips and unevenness in the texture and color so I just wanted fresh nails. I was intending on paying.
However all she did was buff off a layer, take some of the “underneath” of my nail off to make them less thick and then put gel top coat on to make them shiny. I didn’t want shiny. I kept telling her but she didn’t listen. So I was checking out and told the man up front I was dissatisfied and why.
He said my nails had never looked so beautiful and it was my fault as it has to do with my nails, etc
And that you should always be able to see through the color and that the discoloration I could clearly see, didn’t exist.
I then asked for them to be taken off and he created a further scene. Saying he was trying to save me money and just do it the other way instead of what I asked for. I told him again I intended to pay and that wasn’t an issue. I said I wasn’t satisfied with how they turned out because it wasn’t what I wanted or asked for. Regardless of it they didn’t look “bad” they weren’t what I wanted.
My nails are now kinda destroyed because of all the “treatment” and I left annoyed.
They have many regulars and I’m sure experienced techs. But my experience was a negative one because they did what they wanted instead of what I asked for after their prior tech had left several nails messed up on the prior visit 4 days earlier.
I wouldn’t recommend this place solely on that.

If you don't mind been left on the table so they go attend other customers..constantly.... Then this is the place for you. Not going back. After 3 hours for a mani and pedi.. It's just not worth it.

Friendly staff walk in is okay but by appointment is a good thing.
Weekend is busy like other places but not bad, I seen worse.
I recommend this place to others friends and family and it's affordable.
