Tran you are amazing. Your work is amazing and I’m always satisfied with the work you do on my nails . If you haven’t visited the nail place you are definitely missing out.

My sister and I just received some pretty bad customer service. The guy doing my sister's nails told us how tired he was and just wanted to take a nap and when we had our color picked out and he realized that they were pretty much out on that color and that we had to rechoose told my sister can she "please just hurry up!" and buried his head in his hands. I have never been treated in such a poor manner by any nail salon. Come to find out it's his first day! Please inform him that first day or not, you have to be able to actually tolerate people if you want to work with them. The only thing saving this place is the girl who did my nails. She did a good job although she too switched us around because she "didn't feel like doing a full set".... I am not one to complain normally, but this left an awful taste in my mouth.
Also I just have to add that the color put on my sisters nails looked nothing like what she chose and you could tell the guy was annoyed when we KINDLY asked him to change the ONE nail. We will not be returning.

Tran is the owner, she and her family are kind and respectful. My experience has always been excellent, I like this salon and rate it a 5 star!
