Tammy is so rude. Messed up my nails.. Then ripped them off witg a fake nail and jus polished way below the cuticle. Don't use her! Pluse she's rushes! Nail was also cricked. Then lied about a polish she did have.

I received a regular pedi and SNS mani. I am satisfied with the look of my nails but extremely dissatisfied with the service.
I choose SNS because of the quick drying time and the lasting quality.
After my nails are finished, I’m used to getting up and washing my hands shortly after. For whatever reason, the nail tech wanted me to sit an additional ten minutes for my SNS nails to dry. Never have I ever had to do this. But I agreed to do so. To try to understand more of her reasoning, I asked the tech if they were done drying after about 3 minutes of waiting.
She said no in English but then began speaking loud and abruptly in what I believe to be Vietnamese. I personally don’t speak the language so I have no idea what was said , but she and the other ladies kept looking at me.
She then proceeded to speak to me in English and tried to reapply more SNS powder after she stated that she was finished. I politely told her no thank you but this seemed to make her even more angry.
Part of me thinks she was working unnecessarily to get her tip, but she had lost that in the beginning when she kept trying to insist that I get artificial nails put on before the SNS.
I don’t recommend this nail salon. Just from my history of nail salon experiences, I expect certain things. I expect for them to communicate to one another in another language but I also expect for them to know what they’re doing.

Worst place I’ve ever been too. One thumb is smaller than the other and charged extra for being long but when filed down it was very short. Then I ask why is it extra money it’s shorter than usual. The lady says oh well I have to charge for the shape. What a rip off there is never a charge on shape or making them a little longer😡

This place is awful! I understand now, why when I go in there is never anyone there. The techs are usually lounging, watching tv, or playing on phones, but never busy. My toe polish never dried...more than one color/visit. I'm thinking it's old. Many of their polish selections are brands available at drug stores for 1.99. Also, when I went in to have my acrylic tips removed, the tech actually took a new tip from a box and slid it underneath the ones attached to me...then proceeded to rip them off!! I asked her to stop and soak them off, but she pretended not to understand. It hurt and 3 months later, I'm still trying to grow my natural nails out from the damage.
