Walked right in and was helped right away. I had a full set with shellac for $45. Bee took his time and did a great job -- they look great! I will definitely be back again.

We recently scheduled 9 mani/pedis before my daughter’s wedding. The staff was very professional and accommodating. They even opened 45 minutes early for us! Everyone’s nails looked amazing. We were so pleased. Perfect beginning to our wedding weekend.

Service sucks. We sat there for an hour with no service. 6 people were called back before ya but we were here before every single one of them. Absolutely ridiculous. We got here at 1:27 it is now 2:31. They told us it would be a few minutes before we got called back and it’s been an hour. Don’t waste your time here really.

I will say that the convenience of this salon to my branch was the only reason I returned, coupled with the fact that I do not like to base a poor experience on one tech.
1st time was a group outing in which all of the ladies went, I accidentally messed up a nail. When I went back in to have it fixed, a tall bald gentleman assisted, proceeding with polishing OVER the damaged nail.......I asked if he would please redo the polish as it was lumpy and thick. He started to speak in Vietnamese with a harsh tone to the other associated.
2nd time I went in to have my nails done they were crooked and thick.
3rd time I finally got someone who was very good and listening to what I wanted instead of doing what they wanted to do.
4th time I took my daughters. The young girl who did her hair, short bob, thinning hair, pulled and jerked at my daughters hands.
5th time I took my daughters the manager (she seems to be) asked my daughter if she wanted her nails to be shorter. I said yes. She said "well it is her nails, she may want them to stay long...." I had to ensure that she knew that here, in the world I live in, where I pay, children do not make decisions with their parents money. She proceeded.
6th time and final time after spending well over hundreds in this place, after becoming fed up with being talked about in a language I do not speak (for some reason they think after years in their environment that people can not tell that they are speaking ill about them....baffles me) I decided I would never be back. I can pay less, get the service I deserve and little to no attitude from them. You can feel the air thicken when in there with tension. You request a specific tech and the owner tries to push you off onto another! It is literally the worst I have ever had in service and had I not found the only person in there who does a good job I would have stopped at the 3rd visit. I do not recommend them to anyone.

The lady who did my deluxe pedicure rushed through the whole thing and she was actually hurting me, not to mention I could tell she was making remarks about my sister and I to another employee in their language. The lady who did my full set was nice but very pushy and got mad because I told her I didn't want to pay $15 more for clear shellac when she could just use clear polish. I'm pleased with how my full set turned out but the experience with the actual workers is why they deserve 1 star.
