Recently my daughter was scheduled to drive to North Carlina, by herself, to see her fiance in the Marines. On a whim, i decided to drive her car (2014 honda civic coupe) to the store 4days before she was set to leave. Immediately I noticed a noise coming from the front tire. When I spoke with her, she did not know what I was talking about, nor did she hear the noise. I told her she would not be able to take the car to North Carolina in that condition, and the likely hood of getting it in anywhere was slim to none. She was so upset. We called George Automotive and explained the situation. They were attentive to our needs and knew how important this trip was to our daughter. They took the car in right away and sure enough it was the wheel baring. They were able to get it fixed in time and were so timely with updates and the costs. So thankful for George Automotive! P.S. our daughter had a safe trip to NC :)

I can’t speak highly enough of this place and have nothing but positive comments. I recently had an issue with my truck where it needed to go into the shop ASAP. I just moved to this area not too long ago and wasn’t sure of the area, but heard great reviews about George Automotive, so I gave them a call and the rest is a positive experience. The shop had two guys come to me at work, to pick up my car, to get a head start deciphering what was wrong since I worked at the hospital until later. Within a few hours, I had a complete list of what was going on with my truck, but most importantly, they showed what needed to be replaced right away, but also things that may need to get looked into for the future. George automotive even offered a loaner car to help get around if I needed it and even asked if I had a way to get home with my truck in the shop. They kept me posted as to what would be done, how much it would cost, and so many more positive things you don’t see too much nowadays. Definitely will be bringing my car here in the future for work or inspections and have even referred them to coworkers for the great work they did at a fair price.

I live near the Danville location so super convenient for general maintenance and small fixes. Staff are super cool and easy to work with. Was able to get my jeep in for a tire patch in less than a hour without scheduling. Some services are a bit pricey, but the quality of work the team provides is top notch.

You will not find another auto shop more respectful, considerate, or transparent than George's Automotive. Every interaction I've had with the staff has been pleasant. The reliable staff have always taken the time to explain the issues with the vehicles I have brought to them and sent me emails confirming service that were agreed upon. I won't be taking my vehicle anywhere else.
