LOVE LOVE LOVE! Hazel is so amazing! I’ve been in with a picture of what I want and she does just that and more. I’ve also been in with no clue of what to get and just tell her to surprise me, she never fails me. They complimentary beverages and everyone there is so sweet. 5 stars well deserved.

Never coming back here. I don't know what it is but apparently the only place around here who takes care of their customers is the panda salon. Went here to get acrylic and left with uneven nails, a glob of acrylic underneath my nail that should've been buffered, and they look like a 5 year old did them. Nice. Dont waste your time or money here.

I have to say customer service was not bad at all but nail quality wasn’t the best at all . The day I left my nails looked decent but not even a week later 3 nails broken and clear polish dull . Not asking for a refund or repair because quality was horrible . Will not be going back

Bad customer service. Bad communication. I called before I drove 40 minutes to do my nails. They told me to come in 20 mins. Went in 20 minutes. Got there, they had me wait for 10 minutes then told me that they had more nails to do and they close soon so they won’t be able to do my nails. Even after explaining that I had called prior and drove 40 minutes to get there. I’m sure there are more professional nail salons in Tyler who respect they’re clients..
And in response to Nail 3D’s comment: As I already stated, I drove 40 minutes to get there. You never gave me a chance to tell you how far I lived before you mentioned that I should wait and come in 20 minutes and hung up. As a business, you should be flattered that a customer would drive 40 minutes for your services. I feel like the situation should have been handled more professionally.
