Nice open space, very clean. everyone is very nice! I always go to the same nail-tech. She goes by the name MY. great job! always very pleasant. She does an amazing job at everything there. i would recommend her to anyone, especially if you like long nails with great designs! She's always on top of her game with "whats in/ Trending" these days.

Love this place , super nice staff MY is amazing the owner was super accommodating and super nice ! Great job on my nails, pedicure and eyebrows !

Customer service is not great. I been there twice and left disappointed with my nails. I did like my pedicure the first time the second time it was rushed.
If you are looking for great customer service and service Worth your money go across the street to Perfect Nails.

I had a very pleasant experience at westfarms nail & spa. I came in for a pedicure, there was no wait which was excellent because I came in with 2 other people. We were all able to get pedis at the same time. I had Jessica for my services and she was excellent, she was very sweet and provided a great pedicure. I would recommend the salon and will come back.
