This was the worst experience ever! My nails looked better BEFORE I went in. When they were ‘done’ my nails were crooked, unevenly filed, had bubbles - absolutely horrible!! Save yourself $30, and go somewhere else...anywhere else! 😡🤬

I went here with my sister-in-law and it was one of the worst mani/pedis I've had, unfortunately.
We went on a quiet Wednesday morning for a girls morning. We were the only ones in the salon, but received brusque service and were needlessly separated during the service. The pedicure was good, but the manicure looked like one I could have done at home.
Overall, there's so much competition in this area and places that are better at a similar price, I don't see the need to try this spot again.
What I'd change: keep customers going together next to each other as much as possible. Improve consistent quality of manicures.

Very quick service which means they didn't spend much time on my nails. I mentioned how my nails weren't filed evenly.. And the lady said they were even though I showed them to her a few times. But I ended up just giving up. I decided not to get the manicure and just do the gel polish which was $20 which included the soak-off. I'll handle $20 if it lasts only a week. Ha not excited about this. No wonder why I was the only one in there...

Absolutely terrible experience here. I went in for a Shellac manicure and pedicure for my niece and I. They have a young girl there to translate everything and its still hard for them to understand what you want. The pedicure was not good and my toenails were not cleaned or anything like usual. They drilled my nails so thin before putting shellac on that my nail split the same day. Not only that it was literally two days before my Shellac polish was completely chipped. Same as my toes. And same for my nieces finger nails. After spending 95 dollars there when I went back for them to fix it they charged me another 5 dollars. I will NEVER go back. And I don't recommend anyone to go there either.
