Hands down, Fairy Spa was such an amazing experience. My cousin surprised me with the Zen Spa package. Cristina and Megan greeted us so kindly as soon as we walked in for our appointment. I truly felt taken care for. I can’t wait to come back with my friends and family. Please don’t miss out on this experience, you won’t regret it!

Very veryyyyyyy relaxing! When you first walk in the young gentleman was very welcoming. As well as the owner! I felt very welcomed. Then Kristina my tech walked me to the back and helped me through the process of getting my shampoo and massage service. The whole experience from beginning to the end was AMAZING!!!!!! I woke up with so much relaxation and stress removed. And then you get a complimentary green tea and snack 😋 Definitely coming back and bringing my family one at a time so I can come each time 🤣🤣🤣 thank you Fairy Spa for a wonderful first time (not the last) experience 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

Never had a bad experience here. All the nail techs are good. Sometimes when you go to other nail salons and you get someone that doesn’t do a good job. That’s not the case here. So far Steven, Victoria, and Ruby have done mine and they all have done great work.

I will start off by saying that I previously had a good experience at this shop. I had an appointment scheduled for a fill and pedicure the week before my wedding. I get a call from the receptionist stating that the nail tech by the name of Victoria (whom I had requested) stated that “I was never satisfied with my nails and that I needed to find someone else to do them”. I asked her to come to the phone so that we could discuss like adults and she refused. This occurred completely out of the blue might I add. Just two weeks prior she was friendly and had met my mom and my fiancée. Mind you, I’ve never complained about my nails. She was supposed to do my pedicure and refused to service me. I had another tech do my pedicure. When I spoke to the owner off to the side, I was very cordial and did not yell and he was very apologetic and explained to me (the real reason)that “Victoria doesn’t like working on another nail tech’s clients so she doesn’t want to work with you anymore”. Victoria actually has done this before because she told me about it months prior but she used the same not satisfied line. I was truly shocked as I’ve been nothing but kind to her. I politely let the owner know that I no longer felt welcome in his shop and I may not be back. BUYER BEWARE! Please go to this shop at your own risk. I don’t do drama and this was the most unprofessional experience that I’ve ever dealt with and I don’t like liars and being lied to or on.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could rate them 10 stars I would! My 12 year old daughter, on crutches mind you, and I were looking for a spot to remove the gel polish from my daughters big toes. Which was barely any left at all. She was having surgery the next day and her doctor said that she had to have all nail polish removed prior to surgery. We went to MJ nail salon since it was right down the street and it was open late. We waited for about 45 minutes only to NOT be seen at all and they told me they were going to charge roughly $15-$20. So we left and thank goodness we did! We were taken in by Fairy Nails & Lash, not to mention, they were in the middle of closing and almost turned us away. Not only did they help my daughter, but they didn’t charge us because of my daughter’s situation. I would’ve tipped but I had no cash on hand. I will definitely remember their kindness towards me and my little girl and will DEFINITELY be back for nail services once my daughter heals from her surgery! There are still good hearted people out there in the world and these two were a great example of that! Thank you both so much! 😊🙏💕
