Have been going to them for a year and go in to freeze my account on a monday and then Thursday they call to say i have a credit and that they have no form on record that I froze account. Wouldn't give me a manager b/c no on was on site that today. What store runs without a manager on duty?? Very poorly managed. So funds come out of my bank after I freeze my membership and they have no idea where the form went or how they can help me. Poor poor service after being a loyal customer.
Just called back to let me know (which should have been at the beginning) that the lady did remember me coming in and they can refund money and freeze account.

Here at 10am to buy products and employees locked outside waiting on someone to show up with a key. Wouldn't have thought I needed an appointment to buy product.

4 days and most my lashes are gone, I got them on Thursday then touch up on that Saturday ($+$), 85% are gone by Tuesday!!! It might be the glue or something. And lowering the way memberships are pushed to customers would be great! If I ever get a membership it will definitely not be in this location. I am tired of going back for (paid) touch ups, never getting it right the first time.

I drove an hour to have Cali do my lashes and she did amazing! She gave me just what I wanted as far as the shape and style of my lashes. She was really informative about caring for my lashes post-appointment. Id reccomend her to anyone!

I got extensions for the first time and Cali did an amazing job on my lashes! I came to this location for a fill and they looked fantastic, the length and volume of the lashes are perfect. I would highly recommend Cali, she’s awesome!
