I had been battling with an RSI on my wrist for 7 months. I’ve been to doctors, tried everything. After seeing Cait, I’m a believer. I’m pain free for the first time in a while. Go here.

I saw Cait to help induce labor and she is fantastic at her job. Her practice is relaxing and during my therapy I felt the most rested than I have during my entire pregnancy.

As a breast cancer survivor, finding Cait and acupuncture has been life changing. I wish I would've been introduced to it during my treatments. I finished all my treatments in July, 2017, but still suffered with lingering fatigue, as well as joint pain so intense at times it hurt to simply hold a cup of coffee. A lot of my joint pain and fatigue are a side effect from a medication I must take for ten years to help prevent a recurrence of the disease. I had heard vaguely of other survivors getting acupuncture, but I am a born skeptic so I was hesitant to go out on my own to try it. An Omaha support group offered survivors a free acupuncture session and I decided to give it a try. I am so very grateful I did. I left that session feeling virtually pain free and full of energy. Something I hadn't felt in years. I just kept saying, "I feel so good. I just feel so good." That success led me to search out a local acupuncturist and that is how I found Cait. I now visit her at least once a week. My fatigue has been tremendously reduced. I used to have to rest after walking up a flight of stairs at work. Now I can run up those stairs. I used to have joint pain so extreme it would bring me to tears and make me want to stop taking the very medication that may someday save my life. I no longer have that pain. I am not totally pain free, but I feel so much better. Life is good again. I love the fact that we are treated in a group setting, that by the way is amazingly relaxing, comforting, and welcoming. Cait lets me stay as long as I wish, and I always feel comfortable enough to fall asleep with my cupcake blanket and Yoda sleep mask, and get a great nap in. On my first visit I was a bit anxious not knowing what to expect, but Cait made me feel comfortable right away, listening to my concerns, as well as explaining completely the way things worked at LAP. I will continue to receive the benefits of acupuncture from Cait, and I highly encourage anyone contemplating it to do so as well, especially fellow cancer survivors. There is relief out there!

Kind, natural, healing... Affordable and highly beneficial acupuncture delivered by a caring, skilled acupuncturist. I’ll be receiving treatments regularly for healing and improved overall health. What a gift to have such a place in Lincoln. Thank you, Cait.
