Amazing salon. They pay attention to every detail. I wanted something special for vacation. This is the result. Picture taken after a week on vacation, and they still look brand new. Going back, next time I need my nails done.

I had Maggie for my tech. The owners (a couple) and the staff are friendly and attentive. The spa pedicure technique was great but the remote on my chair was worn down. I had to figure it out by looking at the chair next to me. I needed my big toenail on my right foot repaired. I expected a smooth finish. Two hours after I left the salon and was sitting in my car, I noticed the texture. Maggie used glue and powder to repair it but it wasn't smooth. I have a solid color on, so it won't be too noticeable. The manicure was basic. We had a bit of communication issue because I didn't want my cuticles cut (they're in good shape) BUT I needed her to check for hangnails on the sides (mine are merciless). I smudged my thumbs under the dryer (I was trying to use one dryer because the 2nd was broken). Maggie fixed the thumbs and I sat (about 35 mins) until the Miss Mimi said I was okay for hands and feet (she noticed that my foot dryer wasn't on, good catch). As with my toe nail, two hours later in my car I noticed that ALL of my fingernails (natural, no gel) had bubble holes. That occurs when the coats are applied too quickly. The right thumb looks diseased. I concur that they have great customer service but I hoped for better with the end result. I've attached a picture of the toe and thumb nails. I left the salon at 1:14pm and took these pictures after 7pm.

The establishment as a whole is very bad. Some of the workers are not so good. Me and my grandmother went there, we had two different nail techs. The one my grandmother had was great. But the one I had left me in pain for about 4 days. When she was clipping my toe nails my right big toe she cut the side of my nail. And that may not sound bad but she shoved the scissors so far it hurt so badly. My toe swelled up and was in pain for 4 days. Also when she was painting my nails she messed up a bit. I thought she removed the polish the do it again but instead she just painted over it and I had not realized until later so I couldn't get it fixed. It's now lumpy and ruined. I would not recommend this place as my foot was in pain for so long and is still healing after having my appointment at least 2 weeks ago. Please be carefully with which nail tech you get. I'm now back with and update 11 months later, the problem with my toe had seemingly gone away. However that is not the case. I know have a serious ingrown toe nail. I have no idea if I have to get it removed but this establishment has caused me several problems. I would not recommend at all.

You know, they were pretty good, and I'm really happy I went! They know their stuff, (but I DID have to remind em not to accidentally file my cuticles off) were quick, efficient, and moderately helpful in pairing colors together. Also, they didn't nickel and dime me to death, with regards to one sparkly nail per hand. Many nail salons in the area are literally charging for everything, (color gel soaking... No joke). They didn't, and that was appreciated. I'll be returning to this establishment.

It was my first time going to this place, mind you I am very picky! I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews but so far for me, it’s been ok. I got dip gel, she did such a good job, took her time.
