I've been going to Karma Nails for about a year now. They are always friendly and cheerful and always do a great job. Never a bad experience, and I get compliments all the time up until my next visit. Wouldn't go to any other nail salon. Prices are comparable to the excellent service.

If you're wanting somewhere nice and efficient DON'T come here!! First of all the nail tech was too busy talking to the lady next to me that he didn't notice he cut my finger (picture below) with the file and didn't even say sorry, just grabbed my hand back and kept going while it was bleeding! I had to ask for alcohol to clean it off. He acted like he had somewhere better to be and when I asked for a glitter accent nail he sighed and rolled his eyes at me and acted like they didn't have it. To top it all off he didn't put a top coat on my gel polish or rub them with alcohol (which your supposed to do after doing gel to set them). After I asked him to alcohol them he did one hand and then asked for my payment of $35 (for a fill in?!) I had to ask him again to alcohol my other hand and he rolled his eyes at me again. I usually don't complain about stuff like this but the service was AWFUL!! I will never go again and will let anyone looking for a nail salon not to go here!!

service and quality of nail service could've been better. nails started popping off within days. they guy who did them was rude and insolent, and then wondered why his tip wasn't bigger. if the nails looked right, the tip would've been bigger!

Very unsatisfied. Looking for new place that end of town as i am moving. Went by reviews
Sounded nice. I guess it was the owner (tony) who filled in my nails and polished toe nails. Kept leaving yo walk around a d tell people what to do and whatever else. Never apolized. Put me in a pedicure polished my toes and yold me to move back to other chair and left my stuff there. And my fingernails look terrible. Very bad polish job. Too heavy in some places and too light in others. Wavy. They lool hideous. Have to go somewhere else to get redone.

The gel manicure was $30 and was ok. I'd go back for the price but I'll never go back because the place was dirty and junky. The doors were covered in dirt. Even the lotion bottle was dirty. Come on. It's insulting. Getting these types of services are experiences. They should be pleasant. It's self-care. People on Dixie Hwy deserve to go somewhere as aesthetically pleasing as places in others areas of town. This place was gross. It's too bad. They could get a ton more business but I guess they settle for what they're getting. I'd personally rather have people lined up out the door waiting to get in
