I will say that the guy who did my nails did an okay job and was nice but the gel polish they utilize is not true to color and the “matching” regular polish doesn’t match. I will not return as this is a big factor for me. I would like for my toes and fingers to match and they do not. They should use only OPI gel as I have never had this issue before.

When you walk in your immediately impressed. I went around 2pm on a Saturday and it was pretty quiet. I know people that love this place so I finally went since I had a gift card. Let me tell you it's not the worst but it's not the best. If you need a quick fix sure but not as a regular place at least for me. The person that helped me wasn't very easy to communicate with but he was very nice. He was a little rough, cut my cuticles.... I went in for a full set and got the regular acrylic nails with two colors came out to $35 and of course I gave a tip. The nails themselves are mis-shapen, crooked, very very thick and chunky, not one nail is uniform and like the other. I'm not happy at all but I'm going to wait and keep working these until they fall off and get a new set somewhere else.

This Salon is exceptional, I have been going there for quite some time now. The facility is very clean and organized. The staff is always friendly and professional. If there is anything you are unhappy with, they will make it right ! I give this salon a 5+ Kim Peters, Ormond Beach

I give this nail salon, because the majority of my visits have been an outstanding experience, but not all. I have had gel manicures and manicures over the past 2 years. Most of the time I have walked in, and the skill of the technician was more than adequate. Prices are reasonable and the salon is always clean. A clean set of instruments is opened in front of you, and usually I am offered a water or soda. During my most recent visit, I walked in for a gel manicure. The technician who was available at the time was assigned. I introduced myself. Smiled. No response. During the manicure, he jerked my fingers where he wanted them, clicked his tongue in annoyance if I slightly moved, told me to "be still!" At one point, I had to touch my eye to rub an itch. He clicked his tongue in annoyance again, and said "uh, uh, uh!" While trimming cuticles, he was rough and pulled the skin causing discomfort. While my hands were under the light to cure, he was on his cell phone playing a video game. When the polishing was finished, he squirted some orange gel on my right hand and said "Wash hands. We done." When he took my payment, he didn't say thank you, and was again, playing a video game on his phone while the receipt came out of the printer. I will never work with David again. I did let Don know this and Don apologized. I'm sure the young man is skilled, just needs to learn some social graces. Thankfully, today's experience is not typical of what I usually experience. Lesson learned. Call ahead and/or make an appointment and ask for Tina (super cheerful), Carolyn, or Don.

I have been having my manicures, pedis and waxing services here for years. They are professional, very clean and accommodating. Recently, I have been bringing my mother ion-law in as well. She is aged with Alzheimer’s. Carolyn and Don treat her with the upmost respect and patience.
