I was in the chair for almost 3 hours getting a full set that was not good. Burnt by the file several times. I had to stand to dry my nails because the seats were low and they wouldn't allow me to use another chair. Never going back. I also witness them charge full price to a lady who only has one leg. Wasn't willing to compromise with her either.

This boss lady is the worst person I've dealt with in a long time. I had shellac on my natural nails and asked for a regular mani. First she tried to use the drill to remove the polish, I said no, she didn't like that. Then she gave me used, old acetone to remove the polish. I scraped the nail polish off myself after the soak because she was busy doing 2 other people's nails at the same time. But I stayed because no one else was open on a Sunday. Then she gets mad that I asked to file my nails instead of using the clippers. Since they obviously didn't care about the sanitary condition of the acetone, I asked if they sanotized the other utensils...she got a cotton with alcohol and wiped the cuticle clippers. She ended up charging me over charging me $8 for the service.

They don't do the nails very good here my almond shaped nails the lady made them very pointy. But I'm sure I'm not going to go again
