I have been going to YY Salon for years and love it. I have straight long hair that I like to get trimmed regularly to keep it looking healthy. At other salons the stylists would always try to talk me into doing something “different” like layering it, which I doesn’t work for me.. They also would trim too much trying to make sure it was straight and they would cut off too much. At YY the stylists all listen to what you want. They don’t try to up sell or sell products to you. The stylists are all super professional. I am always happy with my color, cut and style. The lesson — you get what you pay for.

100 to 75 dollars to get a straight, no layer cut. My hair is not damaged. No just no.

What can I say I have been going here since they opened and I received exceptional service each time. You won't find a salon in Richmond more dedicated to providing quality customer service and exceptional at their craft.
