Nail salon is convenient but the stylist are always in a rush to customers out. My nail stylist did not want me to get white power nails because they are too much work for her. I asked for normal pink polish and instead gives me natural clear polish. She did not listen and then had the audacity to ask for a bigger tip. Not going back here and I recommend other salons in the area to locals and tourists.

I went in for a pedicure because it was so close to where I live. The spa is nice and everyone there is very friendly. The only reason why I'm giving a 3 star is because the spa doesn't follow sanitary protocol. The nail and cuticle cutters that were used on my feet/nails were not sanitized. They were just laying in a basket beside the pedicure sink. The file used on my feet and nails were also old. This made me very uncomfortable as using old files and clips is how infections are spread, not to mention that it's against regulation. I didn't mind the upsell because they do tell you the price of all the service. My pedicure came to $59 plus tips. This is not bad but considering the unsanitary equipment and the fact that it was regular polish, I wouldn't go back again. If the old nail clipper and files doesn't but you, it's a decent place.

So, I've been going to this place for a few months now. Reluctantly I might add because the first few times I was there, they were very pushy about trying to get me to take a 'Spa' pedicure. So much so that it got VERY annoying. However, in trying to remain reasonable since it's a small local business -and I can understand a place trying to maximize their profits- I eventually caved and even continued getting them every once in a while with my daughter. It should be noted though that the 'Spa' pedicure ended up being no different from any other special pedicure you'd get at any nail salon...it's just an extra $30.00! I see others fighting them off constantly. But in the spirit of goodwill, one might say I became a regular and even continued bringing my daughter once in a while. Where it gets hazy is, a lady that worked on me two manicures ago came up to me while I was in ther middle of a pedicure and said that she undercharged me the last time she gave me a manicure (almost a month ago!). According to her, she forgot to charge $5.00 for a buff (which I always get) and her boss made her pay it to the house as retribution. When I told her truthfully that I didn't remember not being charged (I mean, seriously), she persisted, and persisted, and PERSISTED. She kept walking around me while I was getting serviced by the other worker, speaking intensely in her language (Korean I believe)...and it ended up making me feel me very uncomfortable. The kicker here is that when it was time to pay, she walked right to the register while I was being charged and pretty much demanded I give her the $5.00 'I owed her'! The worst part though, was that the surrounding staff members had no qualm with her reasoning, or her demand. They supported this tacky attempt at getting money I had no way of knowing was previously charged to me or not. So, like the 'Spa' pedicure, I caved. I traded a measly $5.00 for every other dollar I (AND my daughter) will now NEVER spend there. This place is short-sightedly money hungry, and incredibly tacky. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Rush service. Tried them three times. Each time my nails did not Last and a different problem occurred -With gel and SNS. Came back the final time to try Coco last Friday. My nail broke and my polish has started to come off by Monday. Which shouldn’t happen with Powder nails and UV gel paint.
