I've been going here for 2 years with the same nail tech! I love it! However if your new..It's kinda hit or miss until you find the right 1...Also for my pedi I like the older guy..He's AWESOME!

I went there just to get a toe polish and my hands polished... I always said I would never return... my only reason because they charge u different prices as if u wouldn’t notice.. when confronted he gave me dum excuses like I didn’t know what I was talking about... but I went anyway... my goodness they are a disgrace to this world... hope within the years to come that Cincinnati nails realize it’s not all about the money...

If I could give 0 stars, I would!! Awful service! Very racist manager, and the man who did my nails, at seat 23, was awful. He rushed me, and did not let me chose my own color. He placed my acrylic nails on crooked, and didn't shape them the way I wanted. And he also charged me way more than expected! NEVER go here!!!!!!!!

The girl I go to is great but managment sucks. She's the only reason I go and I'm sure others feel the same!

I was a loyal customer for at least 2 years and that relationship ended today. The man at the front desk did not want to tell me how long the wait was for my nail tech (i call before i come each time). He said I needed to be there and was very rude. When I arrived, I politely and very quietly informed him that I thought it was very rude of him and that I was a loyal customer. Before I could finish my thought, he interrupted me but saying he didn't care several times and pointed me in the direction of my nail tech. I scratched my name off the list and told my nail tech I will never be back. I will be contacting the owner.
