I have not had bad experiences here. They seem pleasant enough. When we go in they remembered us and tall to us. We personally haven't had any problems. We have had Gloria a lot. She's been great.

Horrible experience. This is supposed to be a family salon. Couldn't be further from the truth. I took my Autistic son for a haircut. I spoke to the stylist and let her know he has Autism and he may cry and get a little loud for his haircut. Also his wrap around would be sitting with him and helping him through it. She agreed and said oh yes we can cut his hair. We cut it before. Once my son and his wrap around say in the chair her demeanor changed tword them. She had additude with them both my son started crying and make noises and the woman said if he was going to be like that she can't cut his hair. She then grabbed the scissors and just started chopping his hair. He was crying so she stopped and refused to finish his hair. He wasn't screaming, kicking or anything just crying and making noises. I was furious she wouldn't finish his hair. And how she just chopped it was ridiculous. She made my child feel horrible. Her name was Gloria. Don't go here they discriminate against children with special needs.
