me and my mom came for our first time bc we are here on vacation, and she said it was the best pedicure she has ever had. and my nails are fantastic. sky did my nails great and he was quick but not rushy. he helped me figure out exactly what i wanted and i love them.

My technician I believe was Rex - he was professional and did a great job on pedi and paint NOT leaving a gap at nail bed as so many do these days so you have to go in more often…(it’s happened to me) but this is my second visit to this salon and their work is impeccable. The salon itself hasn’t had much business either time I’ve been in and is a little dark/quiet. Not sure if it’s the time I’ve gone maybe? I will def return. Also, I realize it’s industry standard but a $20 up charge for gel polish vs regular polish seems a bit much - it almost doubled my bill from $30 to $50 and made me question the tip amount. Walked out with a $60 bill for the basic pedicure- Just wouldn’t go as often. I don’t understand what quantifies that much of an up charge for the same time it takes to polish with normal polish. Clear that gel lasts much longer but $10 would be more understandable perhaps.

I used to be a frequent customer before the pandemic hit and I always loved it there. Very clean shop, super professional and my nails always looked amazing. I went back for the first time after being sent a 30% discount from them to celebrate my birthday.
In short, I will never return.
1. Unprofessional - One of the nail techs who was shaping my nails was laughing at an older customer who seemed to have a delay in her speech. At first, I didn't want to believe it but there was no one talking but her. I was so taken aback that I just stared at him. I guess my face said it all because he quickly stopped. The lady was so sweet and it was her first time but he just...laughed at her. 2 UNPROFESSIONAL - When it came time to pay, I advised that I received a 30% discount for a second service. I was told the discount was for the next day. I looked at the text (they usually send discounts via text) and advised that it didn't have a start date. It just showed valid through 7/23/21. She repeated herself saying, "It's for tomorrow" and started getting louder while I stood there. Two members of their staff had to jump in and tell her to give me the discount and reminded her that I was a returning customer. She was so mad that, she sighed and said, "Fine, your pedicure is $24.50. I paid for everything of course but I quickly left after.
Never....never again.

Found my new go to nail salon. I looked through the pics on their website and found exactly what I was looking for. When I went in and talked to them, they understood what I wanted and recommended solar dip for my nails. Sky did an awesome job and I love my nails!
