Two guys that were working Friday 3/9/18 opened my husbands package and took it. Resent our package to address EMPTY! Theifs at this store, Do Not Go! We’ve been going here for years, Now have to write a police report. And will NEVER go back! SAD

This place is a disgrace! I was quoted for a9 pound package going 3 day from Florida to California $128. They explained how its going to the West Coast and thats why its so expensive which made no sense. DO NOT GO HERE. Go across the street to a much friendlier staff in Fed Ex. They quoted me $38 for the exact same package and service. Simply DISGUSTING prices at the UPS store! Stay away.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. Shipped my iPhone back to apple through these guys. IPhone was in the box when I dropped it off but Apple received an empty box. They stated the weight at the beginning of shipment was 0 lbs, per UPS. This means I would have shipped an empty box. I take this as 100% proof they took the phone out, then shipped the package. They will be hearing from me. The employee who stole the phone should be fired, unless the whole store is in the con business.

I wish I could give them zero stars. My COLLEGE DIPLOMA was delivered to their store and dropped off at my old home. Since I no longer live in South Florida my grandmother spent at least $25 for priority shipping for them to overnight the package to me so that it made it to me safely with no damages. When I received the package it had looked like a truck ran over it, as there was a tire mark clearly visible on the front side of the package. I open the package only to see my diploma - which I spent the past 4 years trying to earn - with marks and crinkles and wrinkles everywhere. There was no way I could put that paper in my diploma frame, it was a mess. The manager Gaby, was NO HELP AT ALL. She would not speak to me when I would call the store, she would only have her workers relay messages from her because she knew she was wrong. Finally after 4 months of waiting my diploma was sent to corporate only for them to say they examined it and nothing was wrong with it......... SERIOUSLY? Worst customer service experience I have ever had. The diploma cost $10 to order a new one and I can clearly afford that. But thats not the point.... these big companies who are basically STEALING peoples money need to be stopped. Do not ship ANY important items through this store or UPS because they will not take care of it. 0/10 recommend.

This is my home UPS store and I visit very often because I have an online store and I shop on Amazon very often. Since I moved to Davie in December 2016 and have been going into this UPS location, I have always encountered great customer service by the men and the employee named Heidi. Today an unacceptable incident occurred and it allowed me to see that managers at this location believe they can mistreat customers and speak to them in any way they feel like it. The female manager (Gabby?) was extremely rude to me while I was with my 6 yr old goddaughter. I have never been charged for tape therefore, when I took several packages to the store today, I only came with my phone and car keys. At the end of my transaction, I said goodbye and was stopped by the manager who said I needed to be charged for tape. I explained to the manager and other employee that I didn't bring money because my labels were prepaid. I told them that next time I come in, I'll bring money. The manager then said, sarcastically, "yes, that's the way you handle this, you just don't have the money to pay". The manager mentioned that they've been charging for tape since May and I told her that Heidi never charged me for tape. The manager then said "well that's why Heidi's hours were reduced because she wasn't doing her job". That right there was too much information (I didn't need to know that). As I walked out of the store, I asked for the mangers name and once she told me her name, she said "go ahead and file a complaint". I hope the owner, Patrick, addresses the way the employees treat their customers. Clearly, none of the employees have been doing their job since I've never been charged for tape before. At this point, tape isn't the issue; the issue is the way the manager spoke rudely to me and became aggressive. My goddaughter was frightened by the manager and began crying when we got in the car. There was no need for the manager to be rude and disrespectful to me.
