Poor customer service at this location. Social distancing is not practiced as well as it should be, as these technicians crowd their salon. They give you unrealistic expectations while waiting to get your nails done. I was told 20 minutes the last time I visited and it turned into a 1 1/2 hour wait. If I had not already taken my nails off, I would have left, so I had to get them done that day. The salon is located in Greenbriar Mall so prepare for the atmosphere in the salon with the patrons as well as in the mall in general. Their prices are super low, so with that said understand you get what you pay for. I changed nail salons after my last experience.

Although this nail shop is located in a mall;I took it upon myself to call before going. Due to COVID different businesses have been opened in but hours have been different. When I called I received no answer so I figured they were busy and couldn't answer called again and same thing and an answering machine picked up. I left a message and still till this day have I not received a call back. I been here before COVID and never had a problem and I have seen someone answer the phone no matter how busy it has gotten. I was very disappointed.

Good price, no hassle when going in for service. Beautiful work, lots of room for pedicures also. They have over 20 techs on site.
