Was told on the phone walk ins are taken up to 4:30 since they close at 5. Not a problem but when I showed up at 4:30 for a simple nail repair I was turned away. All I wanted for my Mother's Day to myself was to have my nail fixed. Got off work at 4 so I couldn't go at an earlier time. When I told the owner you just told me 4:30 on the phone He quickly started stating they had ppl waiting he won't have time. (There was nobody in the waiting chairs) my response was why didn't you tell me that on the phone and I wouldn't have wasted the time and gas. His response was he repeated doesn't think he has time. This is my second and last attempt to ever come here the first time I left with two fingers bleeding because they wouldn't quit drilling on my cuticles. my sister spoke so highly of the owner and the establishment trying to give it another chance I went back for a broken nail repair from their previous poor excuse of a fill and that is what happens.

Been going here for years. I love it! Love the service music and massages. Very clean place and always satisfied.

Nothing special. Same as most. They dis get me and my group in and out quickly though without appointments.
