My whole family loves going to this place and we are always inviting friends and family to go with us. This is the only spa I'll go to, and I go on a regular basis. The staff is super nice and skilled and friendly. The manager Tina is wonderful and always greets us and helps us get discounts. The salon is very nice and they have plenty of nail techs and chairs so there is no wait. They also have events where they will give free food and wine is always free every weekend. It's clean and the atmosphere is so calming. I went here for prom and got the SNS nails and they are the best in Lilburn. They lasted very long and they had a wide range of colors and I do a lot of working with my hands so I was happy with that. Absolutely love it here!

Lux Nails & Spa is one of the best nail salons in Lilburn! The manager is very pleasant and sweet.. the people who work here are very friendly and care about the needs of their customers. They keep shop clean and the wait time is not long at all. If you’re looking for a nail salon Lux is the one!

Today was my first time going there and I absolutely loved the service! They were busy but they were so quick to get to me. The place is beautiful and clean. The nail technician that helped me was so helpful and offered some great suggestions. I can't wait to get back to them!

Extremely rude service!!! After looking at my charge to see how much I need to pay I realized they over charged me. I asked why my price was $66 when It was just suppose to be $47 they then proceeded to tell me what I got. Which still did not add up to $66. After looking at there menu I pointed out what the cost should have been. They then told be it was because I had long nails. My nails were extremely close to my skin making it impossible for anyone to come to the conclusion that i had long nails, and even if I did that’s still not $66. After a while of going back and forth they told me I needed to pay and I gave in. I was overcharged, rudely talked to after pointing out their mistake, and the service was not all that good. I sat in the chair for 45 minutes before anyone came to do my nails and I’m the end I had a chipped nail that was caused by my manicurist and not rectified, was rudely talked about behind my back to other costumers, and was overcharged. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!!!

It’s definitely worth coming here to Lux nail salon. I normally get the SNS with tips and every time I’m satisfied with how they look. The ladies really do a great job making sure that my nails are exactly how i want them to look. I would recommend this salon to anyone!
