Very friendly and respectful group of women that works at the Nail Charm Salon location. Management and Staffs treat their customers with Respect and Dignity. The Ladies are Professional and do outstanding work. Nice Nail Salon business place to go to. Reasonably priced.

Hit or miss in regards to wait time depending on the day and time. Not too long (0-30 mins) wait time early in the week during the day but you could be waiting for hours late in the week. Ladies are pleasant and do good work. Prices are average.

This nail solan by far did the best job on my nails. My nails do not break easily and every time I get them done here they last a whole month. Which is more then I can say for other solans. I brought my sister here and her nails look good as well.

Went in for a new service and the place smelled of strong chemicals. The tech who asked me what service I wanted was not very professional, instead kept telling me to pull up a photo of what I wanted. When I did she then instructed me to show her the shape. She then proceeded to quote me a price that was very expensive. I only went here on the recommendation of a young lady affectionately referred to as "trouble". She told me that the service would be around $40 and they quoted me $75. 😳
I can only assume they quoted mr. a higher price because I was dressed professionally and perhaps they thought I would pay it. It was my birthday and I went with my daughter. I decided to just leave because the place was more of a lower level looking salon and I was not going to breathe all these chemicals with asthma. The techs were wearing masks and there was not good ventilation. Even though this salon is close to my home, there are so many other places that I would much prefer to spend my money at.

The owner is very nasty. I have been going there for over two years and everything was fine up until a few months back. I moved out of the area and wasn’t able to come to the shop anymore. Since coming back JASMINE has been very rude and nasty. I’m not sure where the attitude stems from and I definitely have seen her treat other customers this way but never me. She seems to get very upset when you go to any other nail salon but them.
