Had a good experience until I was cut with the file, which I guess was not clean, and my finger (cuticle area) got infected. At first it just hurt then the next day swelled a little and the following day I couldn't move it so I had to go to the doctor and get it drained. Which resulted in me not being able to perform my job as a hairdresser.

Love them, everyone is great but I usually go to Penny or Nina. Very reasonably priced also for this area!
