Years ago, they were the only nail salon in Newcastle, I was not impressed with their service rather drive the distance to Issaquah for better nail cares. The last couple years two more nail salons opened in Newcastle, which provided more choices for the locals. On May 23rd, I needed a last-minute manicure and my usual go to salon was fully booked. I decided to give Newcastle Nail another try, wishfully thinking maybe they have improved over the years. But no! They were just as bad as they were. Their salon was dirty and clutter, staffs were chatty in their language, my nail technician was trimming my cuticles without even looking at my fingers. I always bring my own nail polishes, nail files, cuticle clippers and nail soaking tub. She didn’t cap my polish bottle properly, it got spilled all over the nail tub. Well, ‘No Return Ever’ is confirmed for sure.

Go there all the time, However, every time the young lady does my Acrylics she slices up my finger beds. This time it really hurts. I need to find a new place. its unfortunate because I like the way the do my toes. But this is getting ridiculous, I may need to see the doctor because my fingers hurt.

Couldn't be sure manicure implements had been properly cleaned. They used previously used files, etc. My cuticles and nails were ruined. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NAIL SALON!!!!!

I usually get a great pedicure and gel nails that last nearly 3 weeks! Lovely young ladies always respectful of my requests and very patient....
