This one star is not even deserved. Very unprofessional service. I was given an appointment but the stylist never showed up for the appointment. I understand that things happen, however, I was not contacted nor was the school contacted to at least tell me when I arrived to my appointment that she was not coming. The lady at the front desk was nice but she did not have a phone number for the student nor did she have a clue about what was going on. I will never go back. And if you decide to go, make sure you have a back up appointment with someone else just in case you are stood up. Very unprofessional, discourteous& lacks communication which is key to any business!!

I graduated from palmetto beauty school February 2016 loved the school! it became my second home
It was the best decision when i switch from another school in Spartanburg .

don't buy the group on deal unless you can go during the week before 4. students only available certain hours which makes sense but I had called and was told that you call Saturday for appointments on Saturday. today I called and was told they don't do group ons on Saturday not enough students. Really? So I wasted my money because I can't go during the week. I do feel like the limited hours should be written in the fine print section of group on. then I wouldn't have bought..... it's a,shame cause I feel like I have missed out on a great experience.

My experience at Palmetto overall was excellent. The staff made the entire process very easy for me. From enrollment throughout the actual training was great. I was very well prepared upon completion of the program. I would and have recommend Palmetto...
