In DC for tourist attractions and wanted to stop for some pampering. When the lady finally did get to me and my friend she dug into my cuticles so deep I bled on 4 different fingers, but she tried to stop the bleeding and continued to put on my gel nails; still made me pay full price for the service. Very displeased...

If I could give this place a zero I would. I'm very disappointed in the service. I went to get my nails done yesterday with a friend but there was only one lady working. She did my nails first, I wasn't pleased with the length or the shape. And she took a very long time shaping it into a simple coffin shape, she didn't seem experienced. I still paid 31 plus tip. Today I broke one of my nails, by simply brushing my hair. I'm very disappointed and mad I spent my money and time (3 hours) there.
Please reconsider going to this place.

I have been coming here since the first day they opened!!! Jessica is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE , too bad she isnt there anymore😑😣However the new lady in there has added more services and i love it!!!!!

This place itself it pretty old but I come here because my nail lady moved and followed her here.
