I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Laure and the Oaks Jewelry team! They patiently collaborated with my girlfriend and I for weeks ensuring that the custom crafted accent ring was exactly as we wanted. The customer service was second to none. I was helped by an associate named Sarena. She was amazing! She listened to what I came in for and knew the inventory well enough to show me just enough selections to give me options without feeling inundated. I’ll definitely be back and bring some shopaholic friends with me. LOL
