I don't know who has rated this site in the past; however they are great! I have been going here for the past 6 months and they are friendly, caring and do a fantastic job!

Went in for a full set, the lady who did them was very nice, but didn't do the beat job. One nail broke a few hours later, I called at 6:40 pm and they were nice enough to take me 10 minutes later to fix it at no charge. I'm editing this because I've been here twice now on the recommendation of a friend. The first time I had a nail break hours after getting them done. The owner fixed it at 6:40pm when they close at 7 because I was going in vacation the next day. She said "come see me next time and I'll fix them" she was clearly not pleased with the job the tech did. So I went back just about 2 weeks later, she saw me, I waited....then she gave me the same tech who did them the first time! She's so nice, but she is not good at doing nails...I won't be going back

I have lived in Longmeadow for 14 years. This place is notoriously horrible. Dont go here.

I needed a local salon that was open early on a Sunday morning. I had never been to French Style Nails but decided to give it a try. I had shellac polish on a few nails and needed it removed, mostly all were already pealed off. The nail tech asked what I wanted and I just told her I wanted the remaining polish taken off and a quick manicure, with no new color. She took off some of the remaining polish with a drill and some with acetone. Why she didn't remove all with acetone is beyond me - especially because now where she used the drill is super thin. She then proceeded to do the worst manicure I have ever received. My nails looked better chipped before I got there then they did after I left. She asked numerous times why I couldn't get them completely done even though I told her I did not have time to do it. I am assuming that is why she rushed through the manicure so much because she was upset I wasn't giving her the business of a full manicure with new polish. As if this wasn't bad enough already she charged me $17!!! Seventeen dollars for the absolute worst manicure and removing my (few) polished nails with a drill and leaving them thin and weak. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to this salon ever again. If you can't do a reasonable job on polish removal and simple manicure, why would I give you the business for anything else.
