Jack did my eyelashes and they were horrible. He is very mean and is not concern about customer SATISFACTION. I WAS NOT PLEASED w/ my Lashes today

Before i could even get my feet wet, the new young girl was scrubbed my feet completely dry! & I haven’t even soaked! So when i addressed the owner , she sided with the employee , saying “Oh we do the service right away”... & left it at that. I will never return. The have poor customer service. I will tell everyone I know in Grand Rapids, to never patronize this “business”

Ann is the Best at pedicure's. She makes my rough and dry feet feel ten pounds lighter!!
