I've usually had very good service here. I have arthritis in my hands and prefer to have one of the women do my nails, the men can be a little rough. Last time I had a young man who didn't know what I wanted and I had to forcefully ask him to stop what he was doing until someone could explain that I was getting a full set of gel nails. He asked if I wanted square or rounded. I told him rounded. I got square! But they were well done, so I just let it go. Making an appointment cuts down on waiting time, so I strongly suggest making one!

I wanted to like this place. It's clean, decorated nicely and there's almost no wait. But the full set I got here was awful. I showed a picture of a full set I'd had before that I liked (from another nail salon.) And told him in detail what I wanted. He Completely butchered it. Never going back. The pic on the right is from another salon that I showed that I wanted, pic on the left is what they left me with. Just not good. Very poor quality here.

Granddaughters visit often to have their fingernails beautifully and quickly done. Next month they'll try the pedicures.

3 different people worked on my daughter's set of nails and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes, at all of the other nail salons I have taken her to a full set of acrylic nails took no more then 45 minutes this was ridiculous.

Came here to get a full set. They were pretty good. The wait was an hour, but in all fairness they only had two techs working and it was the day before Christmas eve and therefore they were busy. The woman applied the nails, then I was sent to the man who shaped and filed them, then back to the woman who painted them. That seemed like a flawed system but not a big deal. The nails, however, look amazing. They charged an additional $5 for the matte top coat, which no other salon in Plymouth has done to me yet, so that seemed odd. But, I messed up my nail trying to put it under the drying table and they fixed it for me so that was nice of them. They had to stay about an hour and 15 mins past close just to finish my nails, which was nice of them.
