I just went here with my daughter and we both were unhappy. They did not do good customer service and they don’t know many designs. the lady who did it for me did an awful job by not showing attention and showing lots of attitude. For my daughter, this lady did a decent job but did terrible in the designs. She had to remove it 10 times and she was by happy, but she just gave up and started showing attitude over this place. There were barely any customers and it took two pedicures 3 hours. So, my daughter and I are unhappy and we have decided to never come back to this place.

Had an unpleasant experience with a pedicure. The lady was not paying attention and scrapped off layers of skin. Bleeding. She was looking in outer space. The amount of money spent was not worth the physical pain. Which became a sore. So quality of staff is not good.

Best pedicure and manicure we have ever had! Did not have to move an inch. The ladies were wonderful

One of the best nail spas in Pleasanton. I love the massage you get with one of the scented scrubs. So relaxing.

I love this place. So clean and staff are so nice. They even have organic nail Polish
