My experience at Colorful Nails is typically a pleasant one- very clean facility, staff are courteous and nails are cleaned up and polished fine. They're my second pick for nail needs, but performance overall, is generally good.
My last visit was unsatisfying. I'd made an appointment for the evening, but was running late. I called ahead to verify whether or not services could be rendered and was assured that my arrival time would be fine to complete a pedicure. I arrived when I said i would and ended up being rushed out before my nails were dry. Not sure why I would be rushed out when I was informed there was time to complete the service.
After nails were painted and i was sitting under the fan, staff started closing the store down (turning blinds down, shutting off lights) and one of the nail techs asked to check the polish. I obliged and was told that "it was still a little wet, but don't bump into anything, it will be fine." Colorful Nails, if you plan and agree to take clients, take them on and complete the service satisfactorily. You committed to providing service even after I verified with you about time and proper service was not rendered! Not pleased at all, will stick to my first choice only.

I came with my wife to get my first mani/pedi here, and really enjoyed it. I felt comfortable throughout. Massage was very nice!

This place is so clean and they do such a great job. They're a little pricey but you get what you pay for

I've been going here for a while now and I am never disappointed each time. The staff is friendly and patient, they definitely take their time and they strive for perfection. It's incredibly clean and is such a relaxing environment.
