I don't know how to do less than 1 star... But that's what they would get if it was possible. My fiancé made an appointment for 3 Manicures at 1:15pm. They arrived at 1:10 and at 1:45 they decided to leave after helping some people without appointments before her.
This is not the first bad experience I've had and definitely will drive to pa from now on to go...literally anywhere else.

She normally does a great job, but this recent visit, she made me bleed. Maybe I was her last costumer and she wanted to go home, but come on. It's very rare I get to have my nails done. Each of my fingers hurt now.

Customer service - zero rating. Made an appointment. Two people for pedicures. Walk in. On time. After 5 min seat one person. No liners in their foot tubs. Second person is seated with no water for soaking. Walk in for manicure. Takes this person. Leaves us to wait. Finally runs water for second person. Start to finish pedicure #1 took 15 min. Very little attention or massage. 2nd person's water is now cold. In and out in an hour. Won't go back

Pretty sad when you have gel nails and you ask for gel nail fill and she proceeds to put acrylic on top of my gel nails.. Never will I go there again.. Horrible place..
